How do I return my order? 

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, dust bags, tags, and paperwork.

• The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt (e.g. if received on January 1, it must be postmarked by January 31).

• Returns must be shipped using an insured and trackable shipping method.

• Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. We strongly recommend careful packaging and using a reliable carrier to avoid damage during transit.

Please include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• Clear photos of the item and the package

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Address (Important)

All return packages must be shipped only to the following address:

⚠️ Returns sent to any other address will NOT be processed and will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Fee

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or manufacturing defect).

Condition of Returned Items & Refund Eligibility

Customers are responsible for proper packaging and carrier selection when returning items. All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.

Forelio is not responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping. The condition of the item at the time it is received and inspected by our warehouse will determine refund eligibility.

If an item is returned used, worn, damaged, altered, incomplete, or in any condition that is not resaleable, Forelio reserves the right to:

• Deny the refund, or

• Issue a partial refund, or

• Issue a refund in the form of store credit,

depending on the condition of the item.

Items returned in unusable or non-resaleable condition may be rejected with no refund issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A defective item

• A damaged item upon arrival

• The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. In these cases, Forelio will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns After 30 Days

• Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

How Long Does It Take to Process a Return?

Returns are typically processed within 14 business days from the day we receive your package at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your return has been reviewed and processed.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, including gift cards if used at checkout.

• We strongly recommend contacting our support team before sending any item back to confirm that it qualifies for a return or exchange.

• If an item is returned without approval or does not meet our return requirements, a refund will not be issued. In this case, we will notify you via email with further instructions.

Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

• Double-check your bank account.

• Contact your credit card provider – it may take some time before your refund officially posts.

• Reach out to your bank – processing times can vary.
